My name is Kim Wilson-Taylor. I own a home-based daycare called KWT
24 Hour Childcare. I've been in business for 11 years. I Previously worked
as a Mother/Infant Nursing Assistant/Unit Clerk at Riverside Hospital.
Goals:
My goal as a Child Care Provider is to provide excellent care to every child
and to develop a good, open relationship with each parent.
Education:
Childcare classes and Workshops
Business classes
First Aide and CPR trained
What we do at childcare
Infants:
- I hold, rock, play sing, dance and listen to music with them.
- I assist them in rolling over, sitting-up, crawling and walking.
- I encourage them to reach for toys and other objects; It helps
~ with their hand-eye coordination
- And together we work on a feeding and nap routine;
~ to help your baby sleep better at night.
Toddlers:
- I teach, assist and encourage independence.
- We work on recognizing our name, letters, numbers,
~ shapes, colors, etc.
- We have art, music and story time.
- We practice sharing and using good manners.
- We have a daily routine that we are learning how to
~ listen and follow directions.
- And finally we play, laugh, dance, sing and have Fun!
- Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30a-6p & 10p-8a
- Extended hours available
- 2 weekends a month (3rd shift only)
- Ages: Infant - 4 years
- Meals Provided: Breakfast, Lunch & snack
- Reference available
- Registered with Action For Children
