| The instructor is Mr. Ted Young and he is a Gold Medal recipient wine maker located in Northwest Columbus. He will help you make your very first wine. You will do everything from starting the wine to bottling it. There will be some classroom study along with hands-on training on how to make your own wine. The classes are taught in his home and are extremely informative and fun. Learn by yourself or as a couple. Age restrictions apply, these lessons are geared towards mature learners.
Here is a brief synopsis of the course sessions:
Session 1 -- Terminology
Session 2 -- Beginning your first batch
Session 3 -- Stabilization and Clearing
Session 4 -- Bottling
