We offer classes at various times and locations to suit all types of women and all fitness levels are welcome
All classes will be held outdoors during nice weather days. All workouts include cardio, strength, flexibility, core and more! Have fun and blast tons of calories and body fat while working out with other like minded women who aspire to get fit and healthy.

Saturday boot camp at 9:30 am at Franklin Park Conservatory (outside)
