Computer Repair:
Onsite Computer Repair
If you need a computer fixed now and don't want the hassle of disconnecting your computer; or want me to come to out to you. Then you need onsite service. My OnSite rate starts as low as $55 per hour and a travel fee of $25 in my operating area. Slow Computer, Non-Starting Computer, Virus Removal and More. Some situations my require me to take the PC back to the lab to fix but most problems can be done onsite. In the event that the computer needs specific parts and needs to be taken to the lab you will only be charged for the parts, the flat rate in lab fee, and the travel fee. The situations that will require that are major repairs that will take over 3 hours of work such as motherboard or processor replacement, complete system failures, as well as troubleshooting that would require my test bench.
Remote Computer Repair
The majority of computer problems can be fixed remotely. I can troubleshoot and fix application errors, remove spyware, or help the customer’s computer run faster as long as they can connect to the internet. At only $39/hr. Remote computer repair is a safe, fast and secure alternative to traditional services. I offer this to all my customers that I have worked with before. If you are a new associate of mine, then call me on the phone and we can arrange some sort of instant payment method (Google Checkout, Paypal, etc.)
In Lab Computer Repair
Don't want someone in your home or afraid of spending too much on hourly rates then look no further! My in lab computer repair service is fast and very affordable. I will fix any computer problem for the low flat rate cost of $130. If your machine needs parts you will be charged our cost for the parts and the labor to install them is included in our flat rate. If you are within 20 minutes of the lab I will even pick up and drop off your computer for no extra cost. Anyone outside that range will be charged a pickup and delivery fee of $25.
Once your computer has been added to my vast army of well oiled machines I guarantee it will work the best it can. Each repair comes with free information to avoid loss of productivity in future situations. You too can enjoy the many benefits of being an educated computer user. *All fees are subject to change depending on the situation. Customers will be changed a travel fee if I need to go to a location other than my lab. If a customer of an onsite repair wishes to change to make the service a pick up and in lab repair they must tell the me upon arrival or they will be charged the first hour of $55 plus the travel fee of $25. All hourly rates are rounded up, so if I spend 1.5 hours the customer will be charged for 2 hours. Major laptop repairs and repairs that require specific parts can take as long as it takes to get the parts to do the work. | | |
