| This is a Scandinavian-style QUEEN-SIZE bed in beautiful teak, solid wood. The mattress sits in a teak platform that has a large, easy-to-pull-out storage drawer (with wheels) on each side.
The headboard is very functional with lots of storage areas and a switch for an electrical outlet. It is 29 inches high and 15 inches deep. It has an open book-shelf storage area (9 inches deep and 20 inches long) in the middle and two drop-down doors for deep vertical storage (the height of the headboard) on each side of the book shelf. Detachable fabric head rest is snapped inside each drop-down door. The headboard has 11-inch wide surface area for lamps, photos and other decorations.
There are also two side tables (detached). Each is 29 inches high, 23.5 inches wide and 15 inches deep. Each has a drop-down door to storage area and a small lockable drawer (with keys). There are two large drawers below the storage area. One of the tables has a telephone outlet.
Teak wood and mattress are in excellent condition. If you are interested, you must see them.
We love this queen bed and mattress but need to replace them with a king. | | |
