| I am looking for some one to take over a lease for a townhouse at $799. You will just pick up the rent. The deposit for the house and a pet deposit has already been paid. You will have to pay gas, electric, water which has not been bad at all. I live in a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse located off Sawmill Road. Close to 315 and 270, and tons of shopping and dinning. The place is great in that the each room has a private full bath and the second bedroom is not much smaller than the master. Pet friendly, active wood burning fireplace, and attached one and a half car garage. It also has a Washer/Dryer hook up. The club house offers a outdoor pool and hot tub, business center, and a workout room. A great place to live I am only leaving because of a job. Below is the link for the community.
