| Rent is due on the 5th day of each month, bills usually range from $120-$150 per month. We have wireless internet. The house is pretty nice,hard wood floors, kitchen with fairly new stove and refrigerator , two living rooms, full basement with washer and dryer, three bedrooms, small fenced in backyard. We are advertising the small room.
We both work full time. neither of us attend school. We're pretty laid back, open minded. We love music, love hookah...we combine the two often :) We don't smoke(cigarettes). We don't have any pets but, we're planning on getting a kitten next year. We don't want anymore pets though so...sorry. We are posting the ad now because we want to get to know a few people first..we don't want to just move someone in that we don't know.
preferences:
-male 19-25 (more than one girl=drama)
-^^^^^^^^^^^ no one over 25 please
-No smokers
-No pets
-Must be responsible(pay rent, bills on time, clean up after yourself)
-Must be considerate(we often work early in the morning so we need our sleep at night.)
-Must have your own transportation..we're not taxi cab drivers
-If you want to use the internet then you need your own computer
-Must have your own cell phone (having one is up to you but we are probably getting the house phone turned off, it's just too annoying)
-please, please, please...be clean! We had a smelly roommate once..not doing it again.
-No need to bring furniture. we have plenty.
-You must contribute to buying things for the house, groceries, cleaning supplies, toilet paper...etc.
(note: we are being so picky because of past roommates. We're not trying to be difficult but we don't want to live with someone who we don't get along with.) | | |
