We are moving & need someone to take over our lease at the fabulous Runaway Bay Apartments in Grandview. The complex is right off 5th Avenue, a perfect location close to downtown!
The Apartment
2 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, walk-in closets, large laundry room with washer/dryer INCLUDED, living room, kitchen, & dining area. The apartment is on the first floor & faces away from the street. It's also located close to the office, business center, & 24-hour workout room.
The Deal
Our lease goes until the end of August. You can move in JUNE or JULY, take over our lease at the CURRENT rate (what a deal!) & then have the option of re-signing for another year at the market rate. You will need to (each) fill out an application with the office, which runs $35 per person. If $$$ is the only thing holding you back here, we can work something out for the summer months. There is also a GARAGE available that we waited for MONTHS to get... you can take that over, as well if you'd like.
The Community
Runaway Bay has ... a 26 Acre Recreational Lake, Outdoor Swimming Pool, 24 Hour Fitness Center, Controlled Access Entries, Boat, Fish or Kayak, Full-Size Washer/Dryer in the Unit, Garages and Carports availible, AND Larger pets are WELCOME!!! (up to 95lbs $25 a month) with a fenced in Dog Park.
