Financial Services Representative - Collections Specialist - Part-time Monday - Friday 4pm-8pm

Day to day
Today, you’ll answer a call and negotiate a payment plan that will help a customer get back on track. Tomorrow afternoon, you’ll call another customer to ask for and collect a payment that will bring him/her up to date. A week from now, you’ll explain charges to one of our customers and arrange for payment. Each day, you’ll be able to strike the perfect balance between providing excellent service and recovering invoice balances. You help our customers stay with us.
Qualifications
Part-time Financial Services Representative (Collections Specialist)
We’re looking for someone with customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, and a degree is a plus. Negotiating skills, a positive attitude and the ability to be pleasant but firm are crucial. Our ideal candidate has great keyboarding skills and the ability to use several computer programs at once, while dealing with customers on the phone. You’ll need to communicate effectively, multitask, manage your time, and make good decisions quickly. You’re dependable, energetic and career oriented. You capture important revenues for the company and help our customers achieve successful financial outcomes. You support the success of Verizon Wireless.
