| I manage a high quality drain cleaning company and am looking for an experienced maintenance person who is tired of being on call and is looking to make more money. You need to be very self motivated (How else are you going to make more money?), have a reliable truck/van, and be 100% honest. You don’t need to be a Hi-Tech wizard, but you do need high speed internet in your home. You also need to be in SHAPE because you will be lifting equipment in and out of vehicle multiple times a day.
Apartment maintenance people work out very well for us because we do drain cleaning, basic plumbing and a few other things that good maintenance people can handle with no problem. We do day time jobs, LITTLE EMERGENCY WORK and NEVER on call!! Plus, the money is better. Our goal is for you to make $45,000 your first year. If you follow our system you will!
