T.H. Executives develops a complete business solution targeted to our client's specifications, which makes our Account Managers responsible for a wide variety of tasks, which include:
• Implementation of pilot programs, target market testing, new client acquisition and retention.
• Overseeing campaign and individual development
• Establishing relationships with local business owners to acquire new clients and strengthen our clients' presence in the market
• Communication of daily reports and maintaining established feel of information to and from our clients
Requirements
*2 or 4 year degree is preferable
*All experience levels will be considered.
*Ideal candidate must be able to work in a team oriented job environment sharing ideas and creativity; you become an integral part of a winning team.
*Strong student mentality (trainable)
*Must be 18 years of age or older.
Qualifications usually stress requisite personal qualities over academic qualifications, although academic preparation would obviously enhance your candidacy and could include marketing, advertising, business management / administration, and communications degrees. Requisite personal qualities would stress development in the intangible areas of leadership, individual and group motivation, strong student mentality, success dedication, creativity and personality traits beneficial to group, team, client and customer interaction.
DEVELOPMENTAL SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES
Each new member of our team participates in eight weeks of management training classes done in on-site classrooms during the course of the normal workday. Course content revolves around development of personal skills, leadership attributes, business ethics, goal setting, training and motivating, problem solving and team management. | | |
