| Anu Resources Unlimited is seeking multiple Help Desk Technicians for a short term employment opportunity in the Polaris area (north of the city of Columbus, OH). Local technicians are highly preferred.
These positions are in a professional, corporate IT environment. Technicians will interact closely with end users via telephone to resolve basic hardware and software problems.
The positions start beginning the last week of June or in very early July. They will last through August 1st.
Candidates must be able to work any shift on any day - INCLUDING WEEKENDS.
Successful candidates will have most of the following skills:
*Experience and knowledge installing software
*Experience and knowledge resolving server related problems
*Experience working with end users over the phone
*Experience with remote connectivity software
*Knowledge of Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 operating systems
*A mature approach to the job, a professional presentation, and excellent customer service skills are a must.
These positions are in a 1099 Independent Contractor status. The contract rate is $17.00 per hour. | | |
